Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®)

Traditional therapy focuses on building rapport and slowly getting to the root cause over time whereas Rapid Transformational Therapy® is just that, RAPID. It was developed by world-renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer after a 30-year career in which she helped thousands of people worldwide to overcome their issues.

RTT® utilises some of the best elements of Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming to get to the root cause of a client’s issues in the first session. The sessions are performed in Hypnosis to gain a powerful understanding and make change at the deepest level.

Most cases are resolved within 1 to 3 sessions. There is no need to talk about it every week for a year while you are still in pain. RTT® gets to the root cause of the problem by finding the belief that influences the behaviour.

A single RTT® Hypnotherapy session usually last for 2 – 2.5 hours.

This time can vary slightly depending on what comes up during the session. You are often very relaxed, calm and sleepy after the sessions, so I do recommend that you set aside some time after the session ends for yourself.

This will give you time to process what you have discovered and to practice self-care.

The full RTT® Session:

  1. Discovery Call

The call is a 20-minute Zoom call where we get an opportunity to meet Face to Face and you ask me any RTT® or Hypnotherapy relates questions. Because I only want the best for you, I will ask you a few questions and make sure that I am the right fit for you. During this call you tell me how you want to feel and what outcomes you intend for yourself.

  1. The RTTⓇ Session Delivery

The session begins by putting you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. You are always in control, and you will remember everything afterwards. In this relaxed state, we revisit scenes from your life which have everything to do with where you formed these unhelpful beliefs.

Looking at these scenes with your adult eyes, you can give new meaning to them and remove any unwanted beliefs that you may have formed as a child. After looking over these scenes from your past and working together to understand their meaning for you, I will help you to give your mind new suggestions and create new self-beliefs. Upgrading you with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in line with what you want for yourself and your life.

  1. The Bespoke transformation

You will receive a personalised recording which you listen to for at least 21 days. This part of the treatment is on YOU. You HAVE to listen to the recording for at least 21 days.

The mind learns by repetition.

By hearing these suggestions every day, you are programming yourself with new habits of thought which will lead to the right habits of action.

This is why RTT® works so well for breaking habits like smoking or emotional eating, but it is also brilliant for confidence issues, low self-worth, memory, public speaking, anxiety and much more.

  1. Continuing care

We will stay in contact with you via WhatsApp to ensure you are progressing as expected.

On day 21 we can revisit your journey and see how you would like to progress with your journey.

I am happy to be able to offer in person sessions if you would prefer this to Zoom, however, please be aware that currently times for these sessions are limited. In person sessions are only available Saturdays and will be hosted in Horley, Surrey.

Zoom Sessions

RTT® sessions via Zoom are becoming increasingly popular. The high quality of video calls means that communication is simple and effective, and you can take part in the comfort of your own home. Many clients prefer this.

RTT®  it is not a magic bullet, you must want to change, and you have to participate in your own recovery.

40% of the healing is finding the root cause during the session and 60% is you listening to the recoding for 21 days.

  1. If you are receiving treatment for a psychologically related issue or are taking mood-altering drugs of any kind or are in any way unsure of this, then you must consult your physician and get their permission to undertake RTT® .
  2. Do not listen to the RTT®  recordings while driving or operating any machinery.
  3. Go somewhere safe and quiet where you will not be disturbed during the session.

It is entirely up to you. The important thing is to listen to the recording at the same time each day as the mind loves what is familiar and learns by repetition.

Make time when you are most likely to be relaxed and calm and you will not be interrupted.

Many people love listening to the recordings just before they go to bed, and you could potentially drift into a deep and healing sleep that supports the change process. Don’t worry if you don’t listen to every word on the recording as the message is for your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind will receive the message and you will drift off to sleep and wake up the next morning feeling refreshed.

The amazing thing with RTT®  is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a TOTALLY new way. It allows you to change the meaning and ultimately you make the change yourself. Clients go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Your mind will show you exactly what you need to see, to allow you to get to the root cause of the belief.

In other words: if you did know the real reason behind your issue, you probably would have fixed it by now.

Hypnosis is a completely natural state, it is very similar to the state you pass through as you fall asleep and wake up. We naturally go into a hypnotised (trance like) state every day.

  • Sitting in a classroom and lose track of what the teacher is saying
  • In a meeting drifting away in your thoughts
  • Driving on the motorway and been so absorbed in your thoughts that you miss your turning
  • Watching a movie, totally consumed by the story and then you get a fright when someone talks next to you

You are still aware of what’s happening around you but at the same time somewhat detached in your thinking. During the RTT®  session you are guided to focus your attention inwards and find the root, the cause, the reason for the beliefs that are not serving you.

No. That’s a myth.

Hypnosis is a natural state, and you will wake up naturally as if waking up from your sleep in the morning.

The more you believe and are ready for change the more positive you’ll feel coming into the session! So, get excited and know that are you doing something new and exciting to change your life.

Every person is different and there are 3 types of changes that you can expect from an RTT®  session:

  1. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours in the session or immediately after the session.
  2. Gradual: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
  3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you look back and notice all the things that are different in your life.

During the RTT®  session we use powerful and positive language that fires your imagination and takes root.  These new rooted and positive ideas create new connections in your subconscious and rewrites your old beliefs.

Science has proven that with neuroplasticity (the ability of the brain to form and reorganize connections and to make new connections) that we can change the neural pathways and rewire our brains.  Our minds love what is familiar so with repeated listening these new thoughts and feelings and the behaviours they stimulate to become familiar and overwrite the old limiting beliefs.

Online sessions absolutely work! There is no difference in the results from doing RTT®  online or in person. One of the benefits of being on Zoom is that you can do the session in your own home which can make it easier for you to relax.
